UC Davis vs NC Central

UC Davis defeated NC Central 67-63 to earn it's first tournament win in school history. UC Davis doubled NC Centrals turnover totals but had very impressive rebounding and scoring wise they were lead by Chima Moneke who was our MVP of this game. He put up 18 points and grabbed 12 of his teams 40 rebounds.

USC vs Providence

The Trojans defeated Providence 75-71 to earn a spot in the round of 64. Despite trailing by 15 at the half USC finished strong to take the win. Bennie Boatwright scored a career-high 24 points, he also earned our MVP of the game honours.
